		<description>Hi Jessica -- sorry, since my friends got their kids back in the US before the laws changed, I haven&#039;t really followed this. Difficult at best is right, I think. My friends used a private attorney in Guadalajara and at that time he advertised in one of the Guadalajara newspapers, I think one of the Spanish-language ones. There is a weekly one in English that I read most every week and I haven&#039;t noticed an ad there. I don&#039;t even know his name, but think his first name is Carlos.

He and his son are probably still working, as Ireland allows adoptions.</description>
